1906 Casting ROD Split BAMBOO Von LENGERKE & ANTOINE

Exceptional estate sale find, this is an original VON LENGERKE & ANTOINE Split Bamboo Casting Rod that has a May 15, 1906 patent date. Comes with two tips, the rod measures 5' long and has agate eye inserts. Wraps are VG/VG- with just a couple of loose strands and minor wear to decorative wraps. Cork handle is slightly loose but I'll leave tightening it to the new owner.

This is a very rare fishing rod and will make the perfect addition to your collection. Includes protective cotton sleeve and aluminum rod tube.
