It is a 9'0", 9 Wt. rod and incudes the Origainal Rod Sack; Thomas & Thomas Aluminum Rod Tube; and a factory furnish extra tip (yes, 2 tips!); uplocking reel seat; and built in "Fighting Butt".

This the ultimate fishing rod for big spooky "Reds" & "Bones", Salmon, and other medium to heavy weight fish.

I've fished this rod and it is a delight to lay out 75' plus of line on a strategic mark and hook up with a big Silver Salmon or big Redfish out in the flats. It has a "full flex taper" with a medium fast action with lots of backbone and super-sensitive "feel".

This fine rod sold for just short of a "Grand" when it was new...own it now for a fraction of the cost!
