Kovalovsky 9/0 Type II Standard Model

Arthur Kovalovsky’s reels are considered the finest big game fishing reels made in the United States and perhaps the world. This wonderful 9/0 “Standard Model Type II” reel was built just after W.W. II circa 1946. This reel holds 500 yards of # 24 thread line and mechanically everything on the reel functions perfectly. There is some wear on the spool but the rest of the reel is in excellent condition. Kovalovsky reels are beautiful and quite hard to find so here is a great opportunity to add a scarce and important reel to your collection.
