Ok let's take it from the top. I messed up the earlier auction because I did not click the correct boxes.
This is an auction for two reels sold together as a matched set. They are marked as 6 by Fin Nor which does not mean they are a 6.0. I always considered reels this size as my 50# reels suitable for sail, white marlin, small blue marlin, yellow fin tuna, most sword fish, big amberjacak and grouper. That sort of thing. Very strong with a lot of capacity.
These two reels were purchased together from Tom at Aquarius in Miami Springs almost 20 years ago after he had completely reconditioned them. Because I am a light tackle fisherman, I never used them myslf except for decoration. They have lived together since their days aboard the Mystique fishing the waters from Fort Lauderdale to Bahamas. I can’t bear to separate them after 60 years. They are a little scratched on the outside. But they are ready to fish today. Because I screwed up the last effort at this auction, there will be no reserve for these two reels sold together. I apologize.
