Although loaded withn clean line, this reel appears unfished. There is only very minor shop wear but the finish is bright and shiney. It appears that the reel was mounted to a rod as the foot ends do have some paint chipping. The white handle knob has some light edge roughness and a small dark smudge from handling. Still, about as good an example as you could hope for. The box has edge wear but should still be considered very good. Included in the box are 2 wrenches, a partially used tube of Penn Spinfisher lube and a somewhat worn but still good Penn instruction manual and repair parts list catalog #35B from 1973. The reel functions perfectly but feels tight, no doubt it's time to change the grease.

We all know the reputation and rarity of these reels. This one is in collectable condition or take it fishin'.
