WD Record 1500 Reel with Original Box, Sweden,1940-1943 Bidding has ended

EXTREMELY RARE WITH ORIGINAL GREEN SEAGRASS BOX. The WD marked Phase 1 Record Reels were produced from 1940-1943. This reel in in overall good condition with some brassing and minor corrosion. These boxes did not survive well but this box has a crip appearance with some of the usual wear marks including minor dents, separations and minor surface tears. Please look closely at the box pictures to notice these flaws. This reel has dark brown handles as did all models in the early production runs.. Please note the "Made In Sweden" designation on the side plate. Also note that there is no designation on the riveted foot. This reel operates smoothly with minor noise and has a strong clicker.Please carefully review the pictures to see the condition for yourself. Granger Deluxe Bamboo Fly Fishing Rod 9' 3/2 GD9050

I have up for auction a Granger Deluxe 9050. This rod is in excellent condition. This classic Colorado rod is truly collectable and absolutely fishable. If you want to experience the smooth but powerful taper Grangers are famous for, load this "top of the line" Granger with a Cortland Sylk DT6 or 7....... it is magnificent!

Here are the spec's:

* The rod is a 9' 3 piece rod with 1 extra tip
* All sections are very straight and are of equal length-36 inches
* The distinctive nickle silver reel seat is in near perfect condition without a single ding or scratch
* The finish is in good condition. With close inspection you can see a few "touch up" areas. This rod was purchased from an elderly gent from the Sierra Nevadas. He apparently found it necissary to do some touch ups (God Bless him).
* The wraps and guides are all present and in excellent condition
* All sections go together and come apart with a nice "pop".
* The cork grip is in excellent condition, very little ridging.
* 1 tip section is slighly lighter in color than the other 3 sections. I was told it is a new replacement tip directly from Granger. It looks brand new.
* Rod sock is new but not original
* Alumin tube is in very good condition but not original

FRENCHY LAMAY LE LURE RARE CRAZY CRAWLER TYPE "DUCK" GE Bidding has ended

This auction is for a FRENCHY LAMAY LE LURE handcrafted musky / muskie size crazy crawler-type fishing lure from the late 1980's or early 1990's from Oshkosh, Wisconsin. One of a limited number made early in the career of Frenchy Verlin LaMay. Length is 4 1/2." I have been told this is the "DUCK" color pattern. Rear spreaders. Brass hooks. Clear, uncracked glass eyes. Signed Le Lure on the back. Beautiful condition - as close to mint as can be. Examine pictures carefully. Watch for more of my auctions of Le Lures in the next few weeks.
